Swasthya Hota Kya Hain - Kaise Bayan Karen

Hum sabhi iske barame pareshan rehte hain – ‘Sehat’. Aakhir sehat hota kya hain aur ise kaise bayan karen? Aiye thodi si nazar isme daal te hain.

Sehat ki Paribhasha

1948 main World Health Organization ne kaha ke “Daihik, Manasik aur Samajik rup se purnata: swasth hona  (Samasya-Biheen Hona). Kuch log sehat ki is paribhasha se ittefaq rakhte honge. Lekin sehatmand hone ki kuch biseshtay hain jo puri duniya maanta hain : –

  • Agar app Sehatmand ho, toh uska matlab yeh hai ke ab aap sharirik aur manasik taur par achchhi tarah se jee rahe ho. Aur aisi paristhiti aap umar bhar barkarar rakh paoge.
  • Aapme koi bhi rog nahin hain – sirf iska matlab yeh nahin banta ke aap sehatmand ho. Aapke paas aisi kabiliyat bhi hone chahiye ke aap kisi bhi tarah ke rog aur taklif se ubhar sako.
  • Sehat jude hote hain aapke Purkhon ke gunn se, Prakriti aur Vaatavaran wahan ke jahan aap rehte ho, aap ktne logon se aur kaise logon se jude hue ho aur Siksha ke saath.
  • Achchhi gunn wali aahar, thodi si Vyaayaam, Niymit Sharirik jaanch aur anukul jeevan shailee aapko zindagi bhar ke liye sehatmand rakh sakte hain.

Aapka Sharirik Swasthya ka matlab hain aapka tan puri tarh se kaam kar raha hain aur suka pradarshan bahut hi uttam hain. Aapko kisi bhi prakaar ka rog nahin hain. Aap niyamit apne sharir ka Naidaanik tarike se jaanch karwate hain take hamesha aise uttam tarike se jeete raho.
Aap Hamesha Swasth Khaana Khaate hainaur ek swasth aahar suchi ka paalan karte hain. Aap apne khaane ke bareme hamesha dhyaan rakhte hain aur kabhi bhi ulta-pulta khaana nahin khaate hain. Aur aap khaane ka saaman khared ne se pehle hamesha sugar, charbi aur calorie k matra jaanch kar ke dekhte hain.
Aap niyamit Vyaayam bhi karte hain apne aapk ko swasth aur changa rakhne ke liye. Jaise ke thodi si Push-Ups aur Utak-Baithak, Thodi dur tak daudna aur yoga bhi karna take aap hamesha swasth aakar me reh saken.
Aap tambaakoo se jude hue products ko hamesha door hi rakhte hain jo ke aapko haani pahuncha sakta hain. Aap Avaidh Dawaon ka istemaal nahin karte hain; Bahut hi kam aap sharaab ko haath lagate hain; Svachchhata ka aap pura dhyan rakhte hain.

Jab bhi hum log sunte hain ‘Mansik Swasthya’ ke barame, to yehi lagta hain ke yeh ‘pagalpan’ se juda hua hain. Agar koi kisi ke barame aisa kehta hain ke ‘wo toh mental hain’ – tab hum log usse pagalpan ya mansik rog ka shikaar hain. Yeh Mental ya Mansik shabd ne aam logon ke upar kuch had tak bure tarike se prabhab daala hain. Lekin iski prabhab bahut dur tak jate hain.

Mansik Swasthya insaan ke bhabna aur manovygyanik pehloo se jude hue hain. Hum kya aur kaise sonchte aur mehsoos karte hain, aur yeh sab hamare roz ki zindagi main hume kya kya karwata hain – yeh sab mansik sehat ke saath jude hue hain. Hum apne parivaar, doston aur dusre logon ke saath kaise pesh aate hain, zindagi ke har mod pe! Aur Mansik Sehat nirbhar karta hain Aanuvanshikata, Parvarish, Anubhav jaise ke aaghat, tanaav wagera.

Agar Viswa Swasthya Sangathan ke sune toh Manasik Sehat hain “Salamati ki ek Sthiti hai jisme kisi vyakti ko apni kshamatao ka ehsaas rehta hain, woh jeevan ke samanya tanav ka saamna kar sakta hain, Labhkaari aur upyogi rup se kaam kar sakta hain aur apne samaaj ke prati yogdaan karne main saksham hota hain.”

Aap Mansik Sehat ke saath Khushi, Sakaaratmak Sonch aur ravaiya jaise baaton ko jod sakte hain. Aur aise hi hum kayi tarah ke mansik avastha ki pehchaan kuch sanketon se samajh sakte hain.

Sehatmand aur Bimaaru Mansiktaye

Kisika bhi mansik taur pe swasth hone ka matlab hain  ke woh : –

  • Seekhne main aur us hisaab se kaam karne main saksham hain
  • Apne Bhabnao ko Anubhav aur vyakt kar sakta hain.
  • Tanav ko Sambhal sakta hain
  • Apne zindagi main uttam tarike se kaam kar sakta hain
  • Apne Zindagi ki puri sambhano se wakif hain.
  • Dusre logon ke saath achchhi tarah se pesh aata hain.
  • Aatma-Niyantran, Dhayrya aur Sahanshilata jaise gunn ho.

Aur agar kisike barame yeh kahan jaye ke wo Maansik taur par bimaar hai, toh uska matlab hai : –

  • Hamesha bhramit rehta hain.

  • Chhoti Chhoti baat par gussa, dukh ya khushi zaahir karta hain.

  • Hamesh Sankat main rehta hain, zyada badlav nazar nahin aata.

  • Zyadatar chintit ya dara hua rehta hain

  • Akela rehna use achchha lagta hain, logon ke saath milna-julna pasand nahi.

  • Bahut zyada ya bahut kam khaana aur sona.

  • Vyavahaar aur Manodasha me achanak parivartan

  • Bhraant aur bhramit rehna

  • Apne parivaar aur doston ke saath bewajah gussa karna

Yeh sare lakshan se kisi bhi insaan ke mansik avastha ka pehchaan karwa sakta hain. Aur aise condition main kisiko bhi chhod ke rakhna uske aanewale zindagi ke saath khelne jaisa hain. Use jald hi kisi Manovygyanik ke paas le ke jana chahiye.

Fitness aakhir kya hain? Iska sankalpana toh bahut hi bada hain. koyi ise ek vakya main samjha nahi sakta. Fitness ka matlab fit yani changa rehna – sharirik aur dimaagi dono taur pe. Aap agar fit ho toh aap apna roz ke zindagi main apna kaam kushalata aur prabhabi taur pe kar sakte hain, bina koyi parishaani ke. Aap dimaagi taur pe bilkul tandrusth ho aur aapki ichchhashakti kisi bhi badha ko paar karne main saksham hain. Aap khel-kud aur vyayaam bhi achchhi tarah se kar lete hain.

Bahut saari tatwa nirdharit karte hain ke aap fit ya tandrusth ho ke nahi. yeh sab hain : –

  • Hriday wali Sehat : Aap kitne sharirik gatibidhiya me samil ho sakte hain aur kitne lambe waqt tak aap vyayaam kar sakte hain, bina thake hue. Yeh saare cheez aapke heart wali swasthya ko darshata hain.

  • Sharirik Rachana : Aapka sharir ka unchai ke hisaab se wazan ka aankda, maanspeshiyo ka badhna, Haddeo ka ghanatwa aur shakti, sharir main charbi ka vitaran , twacha ka sehat yeh sab kaarakon se aapka sharirk rachana ko darshata hain.

  • Sampurna Maanspeshiyon ki Taqat aur Sahanshilta : Yeh tay hoga aapke sharir ka pura maanspeshiyon ki taqat jaise ke wo kitna wazan utha sakta hain, kitna dard wo jhel sakta hain bina thakaan ke.

  • Lacheelapan : Aapke sharir haddion ka jod aur maanspeshiyon ka  khinchav kitne had tak utpann kar sakta hain, jab aap chal rahe hain? Ise Lacheelapan kehte hain. Yeh aapke khel-kud wale career ke liye behat hi zaroori hain.

  • Gati : Aapk kitni jaldi chal ya daud sakte hain, aapke sharir ka bivinna anga kitni jaldi koyi kaam nipta sakta hain – yeh sab tatwa aapka sharir ka gati nirdharit karta hain.

  • Santulan : Aap apne sharir ko kitna dur tak niyantran kar sakte hain? Isme aapka dimaag bhi niyantran me rehna chahiye taki aap agar bahut jaldi move kar rahe ho to aap apna sharirk santulan na bigad de.
